Container fuel filling station “ROBOTANKS K1” is a filling station with a ground tank designed to store, transport and dispense oil products on the territory of transport companies, farms and construction sites, inaccessible areas, in mountain areas or in areas with harsh climatic conditions (low and high temperature or large temperature differences).

It can be performed for use in automatic, semi-automatic and usual (without automation) modes. “ROBOTANKS K1” is produced in dimensions and following the ISO standards, as a 20 or 40 feet cargo container and can be transported by road, rail way, sea and air transport and provided with certificates for transportation outside Ukraine. CFFS design withstands high static and dynamic loads up to 4g.

The item is equipped with the following systems in order to ensure safe use of the container refilling station under automatic (cold) mode:

• two-walled tank for the mineral oils storage (1 to 4 types) having total capacity of up to 40 m³ equipped with a set of technologic equipment;
• oil products delivery system;
• filling station dispenser;
• vehicles identification system;
• explosion proof external and internal lighting system using light sensor;
• technologic compartment;
• tank filling system equipped with an electric pump;
• automatic fire-fighting system;
• tanker truck grounding device;
• electronic continuous oil products level control system;
• ventilation system;
• CCTV equipped with motion sensors and video recorder;
• alarm system controlled online;
• tank shell condition control system;
• ambient air condition control system;
• 2 operators’ GSM transmitter, radio, and Wi-Fi communication;
• software for the monitoring of the condition of all the aggregates and container filling station with the on-line data transfer to filling stations network dispatcher and warning on working parameters going beyond the permissible limits.
